How to maintain a list of blocked IPs using ufw topic

I'm looking for an easy way to maintain a list of blocked IPs to be loaded by ufw. Manually writing each address into ufw, and removing when cleared, is too time-consuming. I want a text file with only the blocked IPs that gets loaded into the firewall automatically. I have searched the web for this, but can't find it. Does anyone have any idea where to put such a file and how to make ufw load it?
