[lubuntu] cache memory in browser or ubuntu tweak? topic

do you know why ubuntu tweak have cache memory need to be cleaned in firefox or thunderbird after i clear them in the browser?

I encountered the attached error as I was trying to find a file, is there a problem that I can troubleshoot please, as there appears to have been a memory leak or is this a bug?

I found it a bit difficult to find my way to report a bug.
