Can't access files on ubuntu livecd? topic

Hi, so I'm currently using a ubuntu livecd to try and transfer my files as windows 7 isn't booting. I've mounted my harddrive and found my user folder but when I actually try to open it I get this error:Screenshot from 2015-02-07 12:26:00.jpg

How do I get around this?
