Hello everyone.
I am having a lot of trouble with my wifi connection.
It can't be the wifi device (Huawei E5776v2 LTE OV PP Wifi) because i have my iPad and my Android smart phone connected to the net through the device and they work perfectly with no dropping out.
I also use a a roof mounted antenna signal booster.
Its only dropping out on the desktop running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
When it drops out I have to click disconnect - even though it is already disconnected - the click on the wifi device name to reconnect.
This occurs from every 2 to 5 minutes.
I've looked at questions relating the same or similar issue but haven't seen a solution.

What other information is required to help sort this issue?
I am having a lot of trouble with my wifi connection.
It can't be the wifi device (Huawei E5776v2 LTE OV PP Wifi) because i have my iPad and my Android smart phone connected to the net through the device and they work perfectly with no dropping out.
I also use a a roof mounted antenna signal booster.
Its only dropping out on the desktop running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
When it drops out I have to click disconnect - even though it is already disconnected - the click on the wifi device name to reconnect.
This occurs from every 2 to 5 minutes.
I've looked at questions relating the same or similar issue but haven't seen a solution.
