How to install KDevelop 4.7.0 in Ubuntu 14.04... topic

I am running Xubuntu 14.04 Trusty LTS and have installed qt5-default. KDevelop is showing the latest version is 4.6. How can I upgrade to the latest 4.7.0 release without compiling from source? I can't find a ppa.
