Is there a apache project that I can integrate monitors of my computer and others topic

Resume:

I have a server (originally: Ubuntu 14.04.1 Desktop) with LAMP and various server things:
(site, FTP Server where users of my site can access, phpmyadmin (mysql), DX cluster (A platform where radioamateurs users can interact, and have various connections with others nodes (DX Clusters) via telnet 7300, etc...)
And I'm planning to have a Raspberry Pi to do a little of home automation like with temperature and humidity sensors and maybe later ip cameras... and more sensors, etc...

My Questions are:

Is there a apache project or other party projects where I can access via own website: memory use, disk use (e.g.: free and used percentage), etc... ?
if yes:
Is there a project where I can access via own website the above but not only of the server itself but of the raspberry pi too ?
if yes:
Is there a project where I can access via own website the above and connected sensors to the raspberry pi?
