[ubuntu_studio] Jack issues topic

Hi, my name is Bobby.. I am having a problem with QjackCtrl... at first it slowed down and eventually stopped playing Clementine altoget.. I noticed it had an insane amt of Xruns... I closed jack and opend Audacious just for some playback.,, it too did the same thing after a few mins.... ever since then I cant get jack to work at all. Here is a copy of the message I get on start up:
