[kubuntu] Suspend option removed. topic

In the Leave option in KDE App launcher, the suspend option is not present. It is not even in any other place ( options in closing the lid ).
I'm able to do the suspend action via terminal ( sudo pm-suspend).
But how to enable it so that it shows in the option menu also.
